VES: Explanation for Q3/2012 business result

Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company gave reasons explaining the loss in Quarter 3/2012:

-         The Company finished building the foundation of My Phuoc – Cau Bong 500kV transmission line project and 220kv line to connect to the Song May500kv station. But the parent company has not had capital to make payment. So the Company has not recorded revenue in Quarter 3.2012.

-         The 277 Binh Dong station met many difficulties with a high interest expense.
