CMX: Personnel Change

According to Resolution No.03/CAMIMEX/HDQT-QD dated October 10, 2012 of the BOD, Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (stock code: CMX) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Vu Ngoc Le resigned Head of the Supervisory Board as from October 10, 012. Reason: according the appointment of the Board of Directors.

-         Head of the Board of Directors will be elected in a coming shareholder meeting.

-         The Board of Directors appointed two members including Mr. Chu Bao Hiep and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nghi as a member of the Supervisory Board as from August 31, 2012.
