Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 10, 2012:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Bui Si Tuan and Mr. Vu Ngoc Le   replaced Mr. Le Minh Hieu and Mr. Pham Anh Duc as Member of the BOD.

Article 2: The resolution is valid as from October 10, 2012.
