Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 11, 2012:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to to cooperate to set up a filing station. Accordingly, report No.09/TTr-CTY dated October 06, 2012 of the Senior management.

-         Address: 324/9E National Road 22,, 5th Quarter, Cu Chi Town, Cu Chi District, HCM City.

-         The cooperation will last for 3 years from Nov 1, 2012 to Oct 31, 2015.   

-         The profit will be divided according to Business Cooperation Agreement 02/HDHTKD dated Oct 2, 2012

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized CEO to implement.
