VSI: Resolution on personnel change

Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JS Co. announced the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders on September 11, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved Mr. Tran Van Thanh to leave his post as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO.

-         The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Chu Xuan Lang – Deputy CEO, as a member of the Board of Directors for the period 2008-2013.

-         The Board of Directors approved Mr. Nguyen Duc Bon to leave his post as Chief Accountant.

-         The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Bon as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

-         The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Dang Van Tieu - Deputy CEO as CEO.

-         The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan as Chief Accountant.
