VSI: Personnel change

Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JS Co. announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Van Thanh from the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Bon – a Member of the BOD and Chief Accountant from the position of Chief Accountant

-         Mr. Nguyen Duc Bon was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Chu Xuan Lang – Deputy CEO was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in term from 2008 to 2013.

-         Mr. Dang Van Tieu – Deputy CEO was appointed as CEO.

-         Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan – Deputy Head of Accounting Department, the authorized information disclosure staff was appointed as Chief Accountant.

-         Effective date: September 11, 2012.
