TCL: Board Resolution
TanCang Logistics and Stevedoring Joitn Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated September 06, 2012:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to transfer all 2,550,000 shares ( with par value: VND10,000/ share, total value: VND25,500,000,000) in Tan Cang Number Two Joitn Stock Company to its holding TanCang Logistics and Stevedoring Joitn Stock Company, Saigon Newport Company, before Sept 15, 2012.Article 2: This resolution takes effect from September 06, 2012.
