-         Record date:          September 25, 2012 

-         Purpose:                 to implement the cash dividend payment of 2011. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5% (VND500/share)

-         Payment date:               October 25, 2012

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Son Ha International Corporation Block 2 CN1, Tu Liem small & medium industrial cluster, Minh Khai Commune, Tu Liem District, Ha Noi City on the working days from October 25, 2012, and please submit ID cards.
