-         Stock symbol:         VTB

-         Ex-right date:          September 19, 2012    

-         Record date:          September 21, 2012 

-         Purpose: to pay remaining dividend of 2011 & cash dividend advance of No.1/2012

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 8% (VND800/ share) 

-         To pay remaining dividend of 2011 (3% of 2011 (VND300/ share)

-         To pay cash dividend advance of No.1/2012(5% of 2012 (VND500/ share)

-         Payment date:       October 05, 2012 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company on the working days (from Monday to Friday) from October 05, 2012.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
