L44: Explanation for change of over 10 percent in operating result of first 6 months of 2012
According to the Reviewed Financial Statement 2012, the profit after tax decreased by more than 10% year on year. Lilama 45.4 explained the decrease in operating result of first 6 months as follows:
- Profit after tax QII/2011 : VND4,651,446,936
- Profit after tax QII/2012 : VND1,060,221,307
- Decrease : VND3,591,225,629
Reasons:
- The contract signed with partners was not exercised due to difficulties in capital resources. Plan of revenue in QII/2012 decreased and was VND65 billion
- Exercised revenue decreased and was 80% of quarter plan and 20% plan of year.
- Increase of expense for human resource.
