GMD: Board Resolution

Gemadept Corporation announced the resolution of the BOD' meeting held on September 21, 2012 with main contents as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to implement the 2010 & 2011 employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). The Corporation expects to issue 3,283,400 shares. The issue price will be equal to par value.

-         The Board of Directors approved to wind up Gemadept Quy Nhon Branch.

-         The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. To Hai from the Board of Directors, and appointed Ms. Bui Thi Thu Huong to temporarily replace the position of Mr. To Hai.
