1. Transferring all contribution capital with total value of VND 69,391,000,000 in Hai Chau Limitted Company for FLC Investment and Tourism JSC to restructure the portfolio
- Transfer value: VND 100,000,000,000
- Expected time for transfer: 09/2012
2. Assigning General Manager to decide contents related to sign the transfer contract
