EIB: Eximbank raises capital in subsidiary Eximbank AMC

Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) announced the capital increase of Eximbank Asset Management Company, a subsidiary wholly owned by Eximbank, after Eximbank contributes VND1,000 billion:

-         Subsidiary: Eximbank Asset Management Company (abbreviation name: Eximbank AMC)

-         Old charter capital: VND700 billion

-         New charter capital: VND1,700 billion

-         Capital contribution rate of Eximbank in Eximbank AMC before and after the capital increase: 100%.
