VCG: Recovering capital from subsidiaries

Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX., JSC) decided to recover capital from the following subsidiaries:

1.     VINACONEX 3 Joint Stock Company

- Number of stocks hold by VINACONEX: 4,080,000 shares (51% of charter capital)

- Expected number of stocks to be transferred: 4,080,000 shares (51% of charter capital)

2.     VINACONEX 6 Joint Stock Company

- Number of stocks hold by VINACONEX: 4,080,000 shares (51% of charter capital)

- Expected number of stocks to be transferred: 1,200,000 shares (51% of charter capital)

3.     VINACONEX VCN

- Number of stocks hold by VINACONEX: 1,450,000 shares (24% of charter capital)

- Expected number of stocks to be transferred: 1,450,000 shares (24% of charter capital)
