DDM: Explanation for business results for 6 months of 2012 after review

Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company has explained for business results for the first six months of 2012 after review as follows:

-         In 2011, Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company has yet to continue to allocate exchange rate difference into its financial expenses as regulated with an estimated amount of VND2,681,801,945 as the company is currently working with lending credit institutions to restructure repayment schedule and amounts for long-term loans in both domestic and foreign currencies.

-         If the company allocated exchange rate difference into its financial expenses in this period, business result would decrease VND2,681,801,945.

-         Until last 2012, the company will allocated exchange rate difference into its financial expenses according to adjusted loans repayment schedule and amounts agreed by the firm and lending credit institutions.
