PET: Explanation for submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statements late

Petrovietnam General Services Corporation (PETROSETCO) explained the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of parent company submitted late because the parent company and the auditing company closed data on August 15, 2012. The auditing company finished the reviewed financial statements on August 24, 2012. So, the reviewed financial statements sent to parent company later than the date written in the financial statements.
