BMP: Board Resolution

Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company (BMPLASCO) announced Board Resolution dated August 24, 2012:

Article 1: According to Resolution No.50/NQ-BM/HDQT/2012 dated July 16, 2012, Ms. Nguyen Hong Minh was officially elected to the Board of Directors effective from July 16, 2012, and works were assigned by the Chairman as from August 24, 2012.

Article 2: The Board of Directors will determine a shareholder list in September 2012 in order to pay the remaining dividends (10%) of the year 2011 and pay interim dividends (20%) of the year 2012 in September or early October 2012.
