DLG: DLG warned in the entire stock market

On September 05, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.129/2012/QD-SGDHCM to warn Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: DLG) in the entire stock market.

-          Reason: The Company violated the information disclosure regulation at 1.2.4 - Point 1.2– Item 1 – Section II of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010; and Point 1.4 - Item 1 - Article 8, Item 2 – Article 10 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated 04/05/2012.
