Vina Securities Joint Stock Company (VNSC) has announced a transaction changing ownership over 10% of charter capital as follows:

Transferor:

-         Ms. Ho Thi My Diem

-         Number of transferred shares: 5,735,000 shares (31% charter capital)

-         Mr. Tran Le Nguyen

-         Number of transferred shares: 3,700,000 shares (20% charter capital)

Transferee:

-         Ms. Chu Dang Ngoc Trinh

-         Number of received shares: 9,435,000 shares (51% charter capital)

-         Effective date: August 01, 2012.
