DXG: Resolution of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation unanimously approved as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approving the adjustment to hold an extraordinary shareholder’s meeting 2012 as follows:

-         Old information: According the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 07/2012/NQ-HDQT dated May 10, 2012: in between June 2012 and July 2012.

-         Adjusted information: the extraordinary shareholder’s meeting 2012 will hold in August 2012.

-         Reason: In between June 2012 and July 2012, the company implemented concentrated sales.

-         Other contents according the Resolution No. 07/2012/NQ-HDQT dated May 10, 2012 was unchanged.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from July 30, 2012.
