VIG: Explanation for the change of over 10% in operating result in QII.2012 compared to QII.2011
According to the Financial Statement Quarter II/2012, profit after tax of Quarter II/2011 increased more than 10% year on year. Viet Nam Industrial & Commercial Securities JSC explained the increase in operating result in Quarter II/2012 as follows:
In QII.2012, the Company restricted operating expenses, narrowed scale and securities business. Besides, all stocks hold by the Company increased so the Company recovered allowance for short-term investment.
