MTG: MTGAS does not prepare Q2.2012 consolidated financial statements

MTGAS Joint Stock Company has sent a document to HOSE to ask for permission not to prepare its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal period ended 30 June 2012.

Reason: MTGAS’ subsidiary has just established on 01 June 2012, so there are not enough information to consolidate financial statements with the parent company. Therefore, MTGAS just set up MTGAS’ financial statements for the fiscal period ended 30 June 2012.
