VFC: Extension for submission of financial statements Q2.2012

On August 14, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received Official Document 209/TGD dated August 13, 2012 by Vinafco Joint Stock Corporation has asked permission to extend the deadline to submit the Quarter 1.2012 financial statements until August 31, 2012. Reason: at present, the company is late collecting accounting document, affecting the financial report disclosure.

-         Pursuant to Article 5.2 of Circular No. 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012, the proposal for information disclosure extension of VFC must be approved in writing by the SSC. HAG must disclose the financial statements after receiving the opinion of the SSC on the issue.
