GBS: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Golden Bridge VietNam Securities JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 13/04/2012 . The following resolutions were approved:

1. Approving the financial statment of 2011 audited by Deloitte Viet Nam Co., Ltd

2. Approving the report of Management Board for 2011 business operation

3. Approving the report of Supervisory Board for operation of company in 2011

4. Approving the short-term and long-term business plan of the company

5. Approving for the financial budget of 2012

6. Approving for the business target of 2012

7. Approving the authorizing BOD to select one of four audited companies to audit company’s 2012 financial statement

- Ernst & Young Viet Nam Co., Ltd

- KPMG Viet Nam Co., Ltd

- Price Waterhouse Coopers Viet Nam Co., Ltd

- Deloitte Viet Nam Co., Ltd

- Approving the authorizing BOD to decide portion of taking funds for 2012 business operation
