TLG: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Mr. Tran Quoc Nguyen is brother of Mr. Tran Kim Thanh - Member of the Board of Directors of Thien Long Group Corporation (TLG) was late in reporting the trading result of TLG stock after registering to trade on August 29, 2012.
