TCO: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Ta Thu Lan is daughter of Ms. Vu Thi Phu - Member of the Board of Directors of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company (TCO) was late in reporting the trading result of TCO stock after registering to trade on August 29, 2012.
