SSI: Extension time of submitting consolidated financial statements of Quarter 2.2012

On August 06, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Official Document No. 734/2012/CV-SSIHO dated 01/08/2012 by Sai Gon Securities Incorporation to suggest the extension of submitting the consolidated financial statements of Quarter 2.2012 until August 31, 2012. Reason: In Quarter 2.2012, the company has to consolidate financial statements of many subsidiary/associated companies, which are the holding some other companies and the time announced consolidated financial statements of Quarter 2.2012 identical SSI’s. So, the company has to wait for these companies to announce consolidated financial statements. Sai Gon Securities Incorporation may have the necessary data to complete its consolidated financial statements for Quarter 2.2012.

-         According to Article 5.2 of Circular No. 52/2012/8TT-BTC dated 05/04/2012, the proposal for information of extension of SSI must be approved in writing by the SSC and SSI must disclose the financial statements after receiving the opinion of SSC.
