SJS: Extension for submission of consolidated financial statements Q2.2012

On August 17, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received Official Document No. 3261/TB-CT-TCKT dated August 16, 2012 by Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has asked permission to extend the deadline to submit the consolidated financial statements of Quarter 2.2012 until August 30, 2012. Reason: the company and the auditing company are uniting the reviewed semi-annual financial statements for the first 06 months of 2012 data.

-         Pursuant to Article 5.2 of Circular No. 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012, the proposal for information disclosure extension of SJS must be approved in writing by the SSC. SJS must disclose the financial statements after receiving the opinion of the SSC on the issue.
