SMC: SMC reminded to submit financial statements

On August 15, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the reviewed semi-annual financial statements for SMC’s office and parent company. Accordingly, the auditing company had already signed the reviewed financial reports on July 20, 2012 and July 21, 2012. SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company was late submitting and disclosing the reviewed semi-annual financial statements.

-         Hochiminh Stock Exchange reminded and suggested SMC to disclose the audited semi-annual financial statements with disclosure regulations.
