SEC: SEC to consult shareholders

The Board of Directors of Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company (SEC) on August 02, 2012 approved that SEC would consult shareholders about the using of funds from the 2012 public offering.

-         The funds from issuing shares to the existing shareholders will be used to supplement to the Company’s working capital in 2012.

-         Time of implementation:

+         Record date for shareholder list: August 17, 2012

+         Deadline for ballots: 17:00, August 31, 2012.
