STT: Satraco fined for administrative violation

On July 31, 2012, Saigontourist Transport Corporation (Satraco) was fined VND70 million by the State Securities Commission (SSC) for its late financial statements disclosure. Satraco was late in submitting and disclosing:

-         Audited financial statements 2011 (parent company and consolidated)

-         Semi-annual financial statements 2011 (parent company and consolidated);

-         Financial statements Q4/2011 (parent company and consolidated);

-         Corporate governance reports for Q3 and Q4/2011.
