MTG: Extension for submission of audited financial statements Q2.2012

On August 15, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received Official Document No. 27012/CVKT-MTGas dated August 14, 2012 by MT GAS Joint Stock Company has asked permission to extend the deadline to submit the Quarter 2.2012 financial statements until August 24, 2012. Reason Auditing and Informatics Services Company Limited (AISC) has completed the 06 months audited financial statements of MTG. However, AISC needs more time to check the financial statements again to shirk mistakes.

-         Pursuant to Article 5.2 of Circular No. 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012, the proposal for information disclosure extension of MTG must be approved in writing by the SSC. MTG must disclose the financial statements after receiving the opinion of the SSC on the issue.
