FBT: Extension for submission of audited financial statements Q2.2012

On August 15, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received Official Document No. 102/CV dated August 15, 2012 by BenTre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import Export Joint Stock Company has asked permission to extend the deadline to submit the Quarter 2.2012 financial statements until August 24, 2012. Reason: The company is waiting final accounts of shrimp farms under FBT in 03 districts: Binh Dai, Thanh Phu, Ba Tri (07 farms – 280 ha).

-         Pursuant to Article 5.2 of Circular No. 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012, the proposal for information disclosure extension of FBT must be approved in writing by the SSC. FBT must disclose the financial statements after receiving the opinion of the SSC on the issue.
