According to Resolution No.20/2012/NQ-DHCD dated August 20, 2012 of the General Meeting of Shareholders, Lien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (LVS) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Duc Cu as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Tran Viet Trung as from August 20, 2012.
