DHG: Personnel Change

According to Resolution No.009/NQ.HDQT dated August 16, 2012 of the BOD, Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (stock code: DHG) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Si Trung Ky as Member of the Board of Directors as from August 16, 2012.

-         Approving the resignation of Ms. Le Minh Hong as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors as from August 16, 2012 and Ms. Le Minh Hong, CEO, continues to be Member of the Board of Directors of DHG.
