-         Record date:           September 05, 2012 

-         Purpose:                  to implement the cash dividend advance of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment date:         September 28, 2012

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the head office of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation on the working days from September 28, 2012 and Please submit ID.
