KAC: Resolution on the dividend payment No.1/2010

Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment No.1/2010 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 5%/par value (VND500 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Payment date: September, 2012

-         This resolution takes effect from August 17, 2012.
