DL1: Changes in Business Registration Certificate
Duc Long Gia Lai Investment and Development of Public Project Service JSC announces changes in business registration certificate as follows:
- Incease charter capital from VND 20,699,940,000 to VND 24,839,390,000
- Additional capital is calculated from share issue to dividend payment 2011 with exercise rate of 20%.
- Number of shares issue to pay dividend 2011 is 413,942 shares
