Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:

-         Company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk)

-         Stock symbol: VNM

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 403,790 shares (include ESOP: 73,720 shares from the employees who left the Company)

-         Volume registered to buy back: 1,630 shares

-         Purpose: to buy back shares from 2009, 2010 2011 of the employees who left the Company.

-         Trading method: put through not through the trading floor

-         Trading period: from July 05, 2012 to August 05, 2012.
