VIC: Vingroup withdraws 30 percent from Green City Development JSC

On June 27, 2012, the CEO of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company issued a decision to transfer a part of shares owned by VINGROUP JSC in Green City Development Joint Stock Company:

- Number of shares transferred: 30,000,000 shares, equivalent to VND300 billion, accounting for 30% stake of Green City Development JSC.

- Stock type: common stock

      After completing the transfer, VINGROUP JSC will own 34,000,000 remaining shares, equivalent to VND340 billion, accounting for 34% stake of Green City Development JSC (including: 14% directly owned by VINGROUP and 20% owned by Vinpearl Ltd., a subsidiary of VINGROUP).
