MSN: Ma San Group buys Hoa Muoi Gio Ltd.

On June 25, 2012, the Board of Directors of Ma San Group Corporation approved the purchase of all charter capital of Hoa Muoi Gio Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Thieu Nam, Deputy CEO, as Chairman and Legal Representative of Hoa Muoi Gio Co., Ltd., and as the authorized representative managing all contributed capital of Ma San Group Corporation in Hoa Muoi Gio Co., Ltd.
