TNC: Resolution of the BOD

Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company has informed of the resolution of the BOD in the meeting dated April 03, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved the business results, capital construction investment in the first of 06 months of 2012 and required for estimation and adjustment in its business plan in the 06 months of 2012 late.

-         The Board of Directors approved some main contents as follows:

+         Correct some issues to lack in governance corporate

+         Implemented for buy back of material and plant by labor used to save compared to standard.

+         Required for disposal of machineries and assets at Bau Non Factory, etc
