SJS: Personnel change
Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has announced a personnel change as follows:
- Appointing Mr. Ho Sy Hung – a member of the Board of Directors as BOD Chairman in term 2012-2017 as from June 30, 2012 and unchanged through the term- Appointing M r. Do Van Binh – a member of the Board of Directors as Deputy of BOD Chairman in term 2012-2017 as from June 30, 2012.- Approving the resignation Mr. Ngo Vinh Khuong from position CEO, the legal reprensentative of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as June 30, 2012- Appointing Mr. Tran Anh Duc – building engineer, master of business administration as CEO, the legal representative of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as from June 30, 2012.
