Net
revenue in Quarter 2/2012 was VND34.94 billion decreasing 73.2% compared to the
same period of 2011. Gross profit was VND9.12billion Profit after tax was
VND1.30 billion decreasing 91.5% compared to Quarter 2/2011. Reasons: -
Net
revenue from sales and services in the period was down because of difficulties
of economic, property market and selling of products. So, revenue in Quarter
2/2012 was just VND34.94 billion decreasing VND95.4 billion (or 73.2%%) leading
gross profit was VND9.12 billion decreasing 77% compared to Quarter 2/2011. -
Financial
expense rose from VND10.71 billion in Quarter 2/2011 to VND14.68 billion in
Quarter 2/2012 mainly because interest expense went up VND3.97 billion or up
37% compared to the same period of 2011. -
Profit
after tax in quarter 2/2012 went down because revenue decreased while interest expense went up and other revenue
went down leading profit after tax in quarter 2/2012 was VND1.30 billion
decreasing 91.5% compared to quarter 2/2011.. -
Although
the company decreased expenses, general and administration expenses went down
23.3% from VND13.48 billion (in quarter 2/2011) to VND10.33 billion (in quarter
2/2012). -
The cumulative 6 months,
revenue from selling and service supply was VND53.51 billion. Gross profit was VND14.60
billion, profit before and after tax was VND5.26 billion.
