AGR: Explanation for business result in Quarter 2/2012

AGRIBANK Securities Joint-Stock Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 2/2012:

-         Average total assets in quarter 2/2012 was VND8,235 billion decreasing VND2,139 billion equivalent to decreased of 21% compared to quarter 2/2011:

+         Revenue went down VND139 billion or down 44% mainly because revenue from financial decreased.

+         Expenses went down VND107 billion or down 29.7% mainly because expense from financial decreased.

+         Profit before tax decreased VND32 billion or down 69% because revenues decreased more strongly than expenses.

+         Therefore, profit after tax decreased VND16 billion or down 72% compared to quarter 2/2011.
