On July 04, 2012, the Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company (Sotrans) unanimously approved Official Document No.125 dated June 27, 2012 to organize an extraordinary meeting of shareholders in order to consider and pass an appointment of one member to the Board of Directors (BOD), increasing the number of BOD members in the second term to 6 members.
