On July 03, 2012, Thien Long Group Corporation decided to allow Thien Long Long Thanh Manufacturing & Trading Co., Ltd. to borrown at Sacombank – Headquarter, Hochiminh with main content as follows:

• Mr. Ta Quang Thien, CEO of Thien Long Long Thanh, was assigned to decided and execute loan procedures at Sacombank - Headquarter.
• Credit limit: VND60 billion.
• Purpose: to raise the company’s working capital.
• Agreeing to use the company’s assets to mortgage at Sacombank – Headquarter, including: land use right and workshop office in Road No.7, Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province.
