SRC: Board resolution

Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated June 30, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved contents:

-         Mr. Mai Chien Thang was appointed as CEO and the Board of Directors authorized The Senior Management to implement voting.

-         Mr. Nguyen Quang Hao – Deputy CEO was appointed as Chairman prices of the company

-         Approving for remuneration of the Board of Directors.

-         Approving the record date for dividend payment:

-         Record date: July 20, 2012

-         Payment date: August 05, 2012

Article 2:  The resolution is valid as from June 30, 2012.
