INC: Explaination for tax violation fined
On 29/06/2012, the IDICO Investment Consultant JSC explaination the reason for Dicision # 2451/QD-CT dated 19/06/2012 of Ho Chi Minh tax authorities to fine Company on tax violations as follows:
Company misunderstood on exemption policy of income tax for newly established companies regulated on Circular 134/TT-BTC dated 23/11/2007 guiding to implement Decree 24/ND-CP dated 14/02/2007.
