SMC: Resolution on the dividend payment No.1/2012

According the resolution of the Board of Directors by SMC Investment -Trading Joint Stock Company on April 07, 2012. The Board of Directors approved the dividend payment No.1/2012 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 08%/par value (VND800 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         This resolution takes effect from June 29, 2012.
